This policy explains how Spotlessway - Professional Cleaning & Security Services ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through spotlessway.com.au. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Through the quote form on this website, we collect only what you choose to enter:
- Your name and business name
- Your phone number and email address
- The site address or suburb the enquiry relates to
- The service and frequency you are interested in, and any details you add
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site sets no tracking cookies of any kind.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange a site walk-through. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, a transactional email provider, and the website is hosted on Vercel. Both process the information only to deliver it to us. If the form cannot reach our server, your browser falls back to opening your own email application, in which case the enquiry travels by ordinary email instead.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where you become a client, for the life of the engagement plus any period required by Australian tax and record-keeping law. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted once they are no longer useful.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@spotlessway.com.au or call 0433 043 969 and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
