The same cleaner each time
Someone who knows your building notices what changed. A rotating crew cleans to a checklist and misses everything not on it.
Nobody notices good office cleaning. They notice the bin that was not emptied, the smeared glass door, and the kitchen nobody wiped down.
Most office cleaning complaints are not about standards in general. They are about the same three or four things being missed repeatedly: kitchen benches, glass doors and partitions, bins in meeting rooms, and washroom consumables running out. Those are the details a manager fields complaints about, and they are what a scope should be written around.
The second thing that matters is who is in your building. Your cleaner has keys or a code, works when nobody else is there, and moves through every room including the ones with paperwork on the desks. That is a trust decision more than a price decision, which is why our staff are police-checked and screened before they set foot on a site, and why we keep the same people on the same building.
We work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, and schedule offices at either end of that window — an early start before your day gets going, or a late-afternoon finish. Around Footscray, Sunshine and the Joseph Road precinct, most of our office work happens in the first slot of the morning.
Desks, floors, bins, kitchens and washrooms on a set round, at a frequency matched to your headcount rather than a template. Most offices need daily or three-times-weekly; smaller tenancies are often fine weekly.
Benches, sinks, appliance fronts, tables and bin changes. The single most common source of complaints in an office, and the easiest part of a contract to let slide.
Cleaned and restocked, with consumables monitored so you are not the one discovering an empty dispenser. Supply can be included in the contract or left with you.
Fingerprinted glass is the most visible thing in an office and the most frequently skipped. Entry doors and internal partitions are part of the round, not an extra.
Vacuuming as part of the round, with periodic hot-water extraction and hard floor treatment on a cycle so traffic lanes never get to the point of needing rescue.
Consulting rooms, treatment areas and waiting rooms cleaned to the hygiene standard those spaces require, working to your infection control procedure where you have one.

The right scope comes from what your staff actually raise, not a standard inclusions list copied between clients.
Most cleaning problems are small and fixable the same day. They become contract problems when nobody picks up.
A contractor who keeps your business by doing the work has no need to tie you into a term. We do not use them.
Yes, within our operating hours of Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Most offices take either the first slot of the morning, before staff arrive, or a late-afternoon finish after they leave. For medical and allied health suites we usually take the early slot so consulting rooms are ready before the first appointment.
It follows headcount and foot traffic more than floor area. A busy office with a shared kitchen usually needs daily or three-times-weekly attention; a small tenancy with a handful of staff is often fine weekly, with a periodic deep clean. We recommend a frequency at the walk-through rather than selling you the biggest package.
Every cleaner is background-checked and screened before they start on a site, and we carry public liability and workers compensation. Certificates of currency are provided on request before work begins, which most procurement teams ask for.
Yes, and we take it seriously. Keys are tracked in a register and tagged so they cannot be traced back to your premises — no addresses, no full names, no phone numbers on any tag. A key safe with a code you control is also a common and easy option.
No. We keep clients by doing the work properly rather than by tying them into a term, and you can leave whenever you like.
